I think my thread update notification died...!
There's a Gatso with an extra "thing" somewhere on the way into Manchester. I saw it after going over the A623, so I assume it was somewhere in the Hazel Grove area on the A6, but I can't seem to find it on Streetview now (this was back in April, so the memory has grown a little dim...! I had a closer look on the return journey, and it looked like a giant flash gun.
