Over the last few days, when clicking on a smilie, instead of appearing where the cursor is, they appear apparently randomly, either at the start of the text, start of a line of text or even within the text. if I click a 2nd time another smilie appears where I wanted it, is anyone else experiencing this problem?

What Browser are you using?

To summarize:
It is a well-known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it.

To summarize the summary:
Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job.

To summarize the summary of the summary:
People are a problem.

I've come to the conclusion that http://www.invisionp...products/board/ has its limitations when compared to other options when it comes down to reliable speeds and responce rates, not knocking anybody just an observation since T5D5 started, but I'm no expert on site options its just what I've noticed on all the sites I visit whatever the server :)

They all have their limitations Gary.

Problem is, everybody expects everything to be silly lightening quick all the time (almost like a commercial ITV or SKY site) - It can be, but it costs (REALLY costs)... Personally, given that here has a pretty consistent 40-50 members (guests or otherwise) on almost every evening, my page load times aren't particularly excessive.

Whats your "accurate" page load time from clicking the forum page details?

On all the sites?.... Are you really sure you aren't the cause?
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair

Cheers Ben   seriously I do appreciate the reply mate and obviously get your point, I'm just comparing some average punter (no tech speeds logged) response rates from say PH, VOC, VPCUK and a few other car forums and over time it always seems that our based type ones play up more such as Volvospeed for instance with hanging between pages.

Having said that it's fine at the moment maybe its my Virgin?
Although its the same at work to be honest :)
