when a youtube vid is posted into the shoutbox and the website is viewed via the iphone the youtube video scrolls down the whole site on top of everything instead of dissapearing behind the forum like it does on the computer

also on a seperate note shouldnt the showroom section be invisable to guests? id certainly prefer it was incase people post pics of there cars without there regs blanked

I assume you aren't using the default browser skin for the Iphone? IIRC hammy said the shoutbox doesn't appear in that?

If you let us know what skin you are using, i'll push it to Admin to have a poke.

Ben, it's the way safari mobile handles the shoutbox I think. Basically, on a regular browser, as the shoutbox scrolls down, the YouTube vids in the shoutbox disappear out of sight, below the bottom frame edge of the shoutbox, the windows are still there, just hidden "behind" the forum. The iPhone browser doesn't understand this, it seems to give the YouTube windows priority, so opens it in the same position it would if the shoutbox was the entire size of the forum page, unfortunately it does it on top of the forum, not behind it in the way a regular browser does.

If that doesn't make sense, I'll sort a picture out tomorrow.

down the bottom of the rubbish forum view that comes up it says view in std form or something to that effect click that and it should bring up the forum like you see it on ur computer then add that page to ur favorites that way if it reverts to the rubbish view you can click the favorited link and it will go back to normal
