To the right of the persons name on the post hoover the arrow and a cross will appear with options to hide????

I've got a minus thingy that minimises the "recent status updates" panel or a cross thngy that closes it off completely.
Don't want to hide the whole as it can be useful (my reply to Mikey's request for example).

If they were and they read this TURN THEM OFF no one wants to know every aspect of your life on a car forum

I think if you hit the cross it brings up a menu of either hiding the selected comment or if its a farmshite app you can hide all the farmshite stuff etc etc, i usually find the delete the person full stop button quite handy?????

Ah I gather you're talking about being on Facebook? The facefook widget is tied into Recent Status Updates on here and is getting to be a little annoying
it just had to be done...

You can disable facebook updates/links on your profile pages I believe
