hello :D
just thought i'd be a gaylord and get another thread up with some updates on the T5
had the intake manifold off today, what a PITA!! lol

anyway some pictures of the leather door cards and freshly installed aluminium surround leather gearstick instead of plod plashtic one :P

p.s are these nivomats? look like it to me....

Nasty D5 dieseasel with few twiddly bits from TWR, MTE, IPD and Eibach but 600 miles to a tank ain't to be sniffed at :-)

the fronts got sports chassis on it (i think its got nivos on the back but wanted to double check)

MY05 S60R 33K, 17" Pegs with spare, Bluetooth, Phone, Digital Jukebox, IPOD, TV, NAV, Sunblinds, Moonroof, RSE System, plus the normal R refinements!

MODS:  MTE Stage 2 with revised boost map, new injectors, Feritta cat back, 3" DP with 200CPI magnaflow CAT, Carbon Fibre door mounted prosport boost gauge, Goodyear vac and brake hoses!

Plans:  FMIC, Digital TV, Reverse Cam, Block shim

I seen that knob on egay, I was thinking about a de-spaceball.

You can get R type handle covers from Volvo, they are leather bound and smart.

afaik i've got the older single pump as i dont have the cover for the fuel sender with two pumps on the drivers side but have a single cover on the passenger side under the rear bench, the walbros in the post lol so can flog if i end up not needing it

I thought all S60's used a saddle tank so should be a sender passenger side and sender/pump on the drivers side. Did you check under the carpet?

yeah lol, just had a very clean white floorpan thingy, so i hoovered/cleaned it all out  :D   its very clean under there now! :lol:

The R's can hold 8 litres more fuel than the reg s60 it must be a different tank.

Still may use the same twin pump sender unit but just not have the saddle style tank which requires the second sender to activate the crossover valve.
You'll have to check with MRG or pull it out yourself.

It's got standard plod spec suspension on it - with the standard plod spec chassis.

Which in good nick works better than Eibach / Koni ever did.
