As some of you may know.... I bought a new car recently. Finally managed to take some pictures of it! It's a standard (ish) manual S40 T4 :D

I'm very happy to say the least. It's my second T4 and brings back a lot of good memories (I kept the first for 1 year so it must say something about the car!).

Big thanks to Tim for fitting the Koni Yellows all around. We spent 2hrs changing the suspension and 2.5 hours undoing 2 locking wheel nuts. Just the way it goes I 'spose! If I were to change the shocks myself I wouldn't have been able to get those locking nuts off, Tim is really a genius when it comes to things like that.

No (other) major plans for it yet, just going to enjoy it!

I won't answer the "did I ever leave"....

Whilst Ashoks away can I tempt you with some left over T4 spares? Brake's, wheel's, tyre's, turbo's, engine's, gearbox, clutches and snot green panels.

Don't let your age define you. It's a number, that's all.

Nasty D5 dieseasel with few twiddly bits from TWR, MTE, IPD and Eibach but 600 miles to a tank ain't to be sniffed at :-)

 @ Tim. The funniest things are always those that are true.
Wish I had kept my T4 tbh. but at the time it had to go.
If I could keep them all I would have the T4 for short commute to work as they're reasonable frugal, the <<I'm a Chav so used Chav Slang - But I really meant to type 850 - Apologies>> for my classic and the R for track.

So...................................Whats next then? :whistling:

ahh, forgot about ashoks! weird how you mention his car though, was it set up for a lot of weight? when we sat in it the drivers side seemed to sit quite a bit higher. presumably corner weighted for the owner?

Nice Looking T4 you have there Mo!
May I ask what bought you to get ride of the Flied Lice <Otherwise referred to as a Honda>? It sounded like the ultimate road holding car?
A guy who i used to work with had one a year ago for a month he said it was amazing in the bends and went like stink but it was so hard on the suspension that on normal roads it pretty much shook his teeth out, but he did comment it was good for giving women a lift as he got to watch their chublies bounce away!Posted Image
And welcome back and Irf must be very upset with you lol
