Which year is your 760? It rather changes the best way to proceed...
We've done a lot to the car, and there are many small 'supporting' details, but here are the key 'ingredients', power wise...
Essentially, we've enlarged the turbo (quite a bit) and put a 3" turbo-back exhaust on it, then we've increased the boost pressure to...well...when everything's working, nearly 2 Bar / 30psi. In order to make sure it didn't blow up when we did that, we removed the factory engine management system and replaced it with a programmable system, so that we have full control of fuel delivery and spark timing. Injectors near enough double the size of the originals have been installed. The engine itself is essentially standard. It has a hotter cam, but apart from that, it's a 90k old engine from a late-model 940, pulled from a scrap yard. Late-model Redblock rods are good and strong, and you should get ~400bhp from a standard 1991+ B230 block, all being well.
If you have a B230FT (1990+), the engine management system can be chipped, and there's a fairly easy formula for getting 250-300bhp - it's very similar to the formula for a 300bhp phase 1 T5 (turbo, exhaust, chip...maybe intercooler). Ryan's car is an 1989 model with the B230ET engine and Motronic (v1!) management, which makes life a little more tricky...but as you can see, it can be overcome...
cheers
