11 posts in this topic

Hi All

I've been a long time in the shadows. I have found a Sonic Blue S60R originally reg in Scotland as SL07 CWW and has subsequently carried J1 MEE & M90 JLP, it's now back on it's 07 plate

does anyone recognise any of these plates / car?

Just thought I would ask

thanks

Personally wouldn't buy a p2 R, total waste of money/money pit. Unless money isn't an issue of course!

I've not seen it either.

I hope it serves you well. As I understand things you're a guy who has done more than enough homework on this topic and I doubt it'll be a money pit as suggested.

Catching these cars before they drop into the wrong end of the buyer spectrum is key, and as the price drops that gets harder.

Hi Hedley, not heard of this car up in Scotland! The best of luck in finding out about this R. I agree with yosser, after all you know more than most about Rs having had a V70R from new!

Well I drove 320 miles to Anglesey liked what I saw and bought it! manual with 78K miles, bog standard, only 2 owners (both private) and a wedge of paperwork. so in time hopefully it will be out and about for more to see! in the mean time here we go

Currently has 17" Pegs, although I have a set of 18" left over from my old V70R

That looks lovely. Do you have anything planned for it?

Rf. Congratulations, stunning! Was going to say the tyre profile looks wrong until I saw they were 17's. I don't think they compliment the car as well as 18" pegs.
