Provisional Date for 2017 Track Day - Fri 30th June

90 posts in this topic

Following a meeting with the senior management of City Motors Bristol, they have kindly agreed to once again sponsor our track day next year.  I have therefore booked the circuit for Friday 30th June.  I will post up more details as and when they are available.

A lot of us stay in the Ibis in the centre of Bristol.

Ive just booked the day off with work. Can't wait. No idea what I'll be driving. Probably the V70 again! Who cares - just want to bag a lap in that fire engine. :wav:

There's an underground car park right there.  I'll be in there Thurs/Fri/Sat.  Normally quite a few stay there.

Cheers mate.

Millenium Square Car Park in Bristol is the one which Chris is referring to and is one of the safest there is in Bristol - I believe the IBIS have preferential parking rates for their guests.

Well, that was close! Booked the time off work for this on the 3rd or 4th and just yesterday got an email saying that holidays between the 26th June and 6th July will now not be allowed as there's some event going on. Obviously those that have already booked it are fine. Phew!

I might book the Radisson Blu, it's pretty much the same price as the Ibis, and slap bang in the town centre.

The Radisson Blu is excellent....and more importantly much closer to the "zoo" too......allegedly......:Builder_OnTheSpot:
