A couple of times now, I've noticed that after filling up (to the brim - if that has anything to do with it?), and I pull away from the pump, and wait at the exit of the garage to pull out into traffic, the car engine falters, as if it's about to stall, I rev it to keep it going, then drive off, and everything appears to be fine. Any ideas?
I have a Medion running xp sp3. sometime ago now the wireless card 'disappeared' off my computer - can't remem when or what might have triggered it. would be useful to have it again so phoned medion. they told me to disconnect all cables and hold 'on' button down for 20 seconds. lo and behold in my device manager list my card reappeared. but in trying to connect wirelessly, it disappeared again ffs. two questions, 1. any thoughts on this prob, and 2. meanwhile, i wish to connect wired over a fair distance - 30m ish - so is any particular ethernet cable better than another - cat-wise or whatever? cheers, j.
Just thought I would let you know that my lack of a write-up on our trip to the Gent factory is because we haven't been yet. Just about the time VCUK were trying to kindly arrange our trip last year, the factory closed for visits as it was tooling up for a new Volvo which they wanted to keep under wraps. They are now looking towards a visit later this year. With our recent moving of home, I can only say the delay worked in our favour. To those of you who are interested, whenever we do go, I'll let you know and do a write-up as promised.
Seem to have lost the updates section that used to be on the right hand side when I was on the Forum page. You know, the bit where someone could just state what they were up to/about. Any ideas how I can get it to show again? Been throuh all the settings/profiles etc etc but without success. Help please.
