HI Guys i am looking at buying a hydraulic spring compressor,but it is in Lincoln, I was wondering if someone could collect and store it until the 20th and i can collect it from the Grantham meet.

With the new laws for taxing cars,I was told I cannot apply for a tax disc online if the car is sorn andin April if I want it taxed  for May,is this true?
I was wondering if I went too the post office end of next week with my document's would they give me the disc for May or would they ask me to tax the car for April as well?

HI Guys, well where do i start, I sold a M59 gearbox with approx 135k on it with boths driveshafts and complete front hubs, as well as  OE Volvo 2 piece clutch kit which is less than 5k miles and had 5 months use, a fellow member on another site wanted one, so i offered him the whole kit for £300. i spent a good 5 hours getting the parts off for him.

He also spent 14 hours replacing it at his place.

What the issue is, is he is now stating the clutch release bearing is knackered and wants me to get it replaced all at my cost. when all of the parts were on my car they made no noise at all, infact Tim went over everything when he replaced the clutch last Spring.
Initially i said i would go upto his place with a friend of mine and i will change the bearing over for him,
He then said on a thread on another site, that that's what he get for trusting people, so i then thought if he doesn't want to do it amicably, then send all of the parts back and i will give him a full refund.

He has now sent me some threatening texts and forum messages about getting the payment for the clutch release bearing.. where do i stand?

HI Guys i cannot afford to keep going upto where my new car is in Burbage Leics, i have figured it out that it is a earth/loom problem on my new car, just wondering if someone knows of a really good recommended auto eletrician in the area, the car will be up there for about 2 weeks.
